Our story · Since 1997
A family recipe. A lasting legacy.
Rajendra Motilal Bora, known to all as Bori Seth, and Chandrakala Rajendra Bora ran a grocery shop. They saw big brands selling low quality at high margins, so they began making their own at home: just haldi and chilli. Their first masalas were turmeric and garam masala.
After five years of struggle the business grew. People loved the chicken masala; it became about half of their success, and the family moved to a big factory. Dadaji still comes to the factory.
